Location for NYC 1BR- Walkable to Train Station

Positive: Modern Apartment with washer drier air conditioning Negative: Shower pressure

Great, excellent, affordable, highly recommended! Positive: Check-in was seamless—the owner opened the main door remotely over the phone, and the apartment keys and front door fob were conveniently left inside the room. The train station was only a 5–6 minute walk away, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Overall, it was a great stay with everything I needed. Negative: We were lucky to find street parking since we stayed over the weekend, so parking wasn’t an issue. Otherwise, we would have had to use a paid parking lot a short walk away. Even so, that wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker. I would happily stay here again if I visit New Jersey in the future

Will choice to stay in the area but definitely not in this unit Positive: Only location Negative: Upgrading the property was by throwing the sofa and squeezing bed in its place.that is cheating.no living room.no dining table.kitchen items were not functional,also on arrival we have to ask for cleaning kitchen towels,dishwasher soap.other important items needed to be provided .we had to buy toilet paper our self…

Positive: Rana estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada y facilitarnos el checkin. El apartamento está muy limpio y las camas son cómodas Negative: El ruido del extractor del baño es tan fuerte y molesto y no se puede apagar si no bajas el diferencial de la luz del baño. El equipamiento de la cocina es muy escaso..para un apartamento de 3-4 personas solo había 2 cucharas y 3 platos ....
