Beautiful Modern 4BR Duplex W/Rooftop NYC views

Super Positive: Le logement était bien équipé et suffisamment grand pour notre groupe. Il correspondait aux images et nous avons pu passer un bon séjour. Il y avait toute la literie nécessaire ainsi que des serviettes. Negative: Il n’y avait qu’une clé pour tout le groupe. Il y a eu une toilette bouchée et on nous a demandé de payer 150$ (en début de séjour). J’ai trouvé cela exageré car ce n’est pas une dégradation mais une situation inopinée que l’on ne peut pas prévenir. Toutefois, heureusement cela a pu être réglée.

Positive: We loved the whole appartment, it was very comfortable for our group of 6 friends. The living / dining area is also really nice. In fact, it was the perfect appartment for us. In addition, you can get to Manhattan quite easily. The communication with the owner was very smooth, they were very friendly and accomodating. Negative: There's a master bedroom with its own bathroom, the other three bedrooms share one bathroom. This is sometimes inconvenient. However, there is one more toilet downstairs.

We had a great time and were able to navigate to the bus stop very easily to go into the city. Positive: Very clean and spacious. Negative: A lot of stairs
