Stylish Studio Apartment - 7 Min Walk NYC Train

Bien mais un peu cher… Positive: Proximité du métro environ à 6mn. Le choix du papier toilette, ca change du papier tout fin un peu partout aux usa… Negative: Appartement qui donne sur la rue avec un spot qui éclair toute la chambre avec des stores pas du tout occultants… Des cheveux bruns un peu partout…

Positive: Appartement spacieux, belle cuisine, proche des commodités (Path et commerces de Journal Square) Negative: Il manquait de quoi faire un petit ménage (balai et pelle) et quelques produits d'entretien. Pour un séjour d'une semaine cela me semble nécessaire.

Great place to stay Positive: Host was great and very helpful with requests. Room was very neat and had most basic appliances which was nice. Negative: AC was too strong when running, took some time to find the right range

Beautiful apartment, very convenient and safe, responsive host. Could improve by adding some basic items. Positive: Convenient, spacious, relatively well furnished. Good security system. Very responsive host. Negative: No towels and linens provided in the bathroom and kitchen. To be fair the items are not in the listing but I didn’t notice it as I just assumed a fully furnished apartment would have these basic items. Another thing is it has toaster, oven, microwave, cooking pans and even a coffee maker, but doesn’t have a kettle which in my view is more basic than a coffee machine. It feels off to have plates and utensils we can use and wash but no towels to wipe the bench or dry the dishes. We’ve specifically picked apartment with washing machine so we can travel light so didn’t expect we would need to purchase towels as they were provided in all the other apartments we’ve booked in different cities. I think providing these basic items will significantly improve the experience particularly for short term stays, as they complement the furnished apartment for people who travel light.

Positive: Cama confortável. Negative: Sem internet. Chuveiro com pouca pressão, espaço pouco funcional. Área sem serviços, como supermercado, cafés, restaurantes etc.
